Please allow a delivery time frame between 4-6 weeks for your item(s)
to arrive. If you have not received your items after this time frame,
please check with other household members and neighbors to be sure your
package has not arrived, then contact the Customer Service department
to report this issue. Note: Magazines may take longer for delivery
depending upon subscription cycle.

Yes, however, depending on the country that the recipient lives in, you
may have to pay obligatory customs and duties charged by your country.
This will usually be communicated to you by the courier or
customs/duties office in your country.

No, if you order more than one (1) item, you may receive separate shipments.
How do I view a list of all the items I have ordered?Back To Top
Visit your My Profile Page and go to Account History. This page shows all of your transactions for the last 60 days.
Can points be refunded? Back To Top
No, the only exception is if you received a damaged or broken item and
the item is no longer available and has been reported within 48 hours
of receipt to the CSR. Please keep in mind that each request for a
refund is reviewed and granted on a case-by-case basis.

No, customers are given every opportunity to review their orders prior
to check out. Please make sure to carefully review all product
information before submitting your order.

replaced unless they are damaged.

Please reference the item's brand and model number on the internet to learn additional information about a specific item.
Does my item come with a warranty? Back To Top
Yes, depending on the manufacturer. The warranty associated with your
item will be the manufacturer's exchange warranty and is generally included with
the item instructions. Please contact the manufacturer if your item is
faulty and beyond the specified storefront refund policy.
I received my prize but it was broken or defective. What do I do? Back To Top
If your prize is defective please contact the customer service department, within
forty-eight (48) hours of having received your package. You can reach the customer
service department via email here. You will be required to
return the broken or defective item in its original shipping and manufacturer
packaging. You must return the defective item to the Return Address on the original packaging.
Once the item is received by our warehouse, your replacement package will
be shipped promptly. If for some reason the identical item is no longer available, we
will find a suitable alternative for you. If the item is not returned in its original
shipping and manufacturer packaging a replacement is not possible. Note: If you do not
return the defective item within two (2) weeks of receipt of package, you will forfeit
the replacement of the item.

No, please make sure to provide a physical address and telephone number
for shipping. Couriers do not ship to P.O. Boxes, any attempt to ship
to a P.O. Box will cause significant delays in receiving your item.

Your shipping details will be sent to our suppliers and our shipping
partners. They will treat these with the utmost discretion and use them

Redemption points may vary in different regions due the following factors: additional fees for shipping/delivery, customs and duties, and local currency exchange rates.

The RAI$E Benefit - 10% UltimatePoints Store™ discount is a benefit for Icon and Legend customers that reach the highest status levels on RAI$E. When a customer with a Legend / Icon status logs into the UltimatePoints Store™ utilizing their UB username and password the discount is automatically applied.
